The set curd is churned bi-directionally for hours at pre-dawn (Brahmamahurat) to obtain butter, using the ayurvedic Bilona method. The butter is then slow-cooked to get pure A2 Desi Ghee. 1 liter of Gamiji A2 Desi Kankrej Cow Ghee requires 30 liters of Kankrej cow A2 milk.
